Brian and his crew do an amazing job listening to the client and their concerns, then letting their expertise and customer service do the talking. They educate you about your system, as well as the process of getting you squared away. Rates are reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

We absolutely love our ductless heat pump! Jason and his team did a wonderful job getting our system installed. The time of quoting to installation took less than 2 weeks and installation was done in a couple of hours. We are extremely pleased with the work and product that Home Energy Group, Inc. provided.

Bought a brand new home in 2017, the AC never worked well but this year it barely worked at all and we were miserable and it’s only spring. Had someone come out and figure out what was wrong. When the AC was being put in, the house didn’t have power so there was no way for them to test and see if there was enough refrigerant put in. We called past the free servicing date, but they still did it for free. We have AC now! The tech was awesome and even let my dog bug him the whole time. Definitely recommend this company!

Our home in Portland was built in 1932 which meant none of the modern amenities were in place. Hot summer days and extremely cold winters, we needed a solution. We had a Daikin VRV system installed which was ducted with air handlers on the first and second floor creating a 2 zone system helping us be more efficient with our energy consumption. I had a new furnace installed and added A/C also. There was no high pressure, the price was better than I could get elsewhere, they showed up on time and were very friendly, efficient, and answered all my dumb questions. And when problems came up that was not even their fault, they quickly resolved them to a level above what I expected. They made me feel way more important than I deserve and even fished the job a little ahead of schedule. I was VERY impressed (which is unusual for me). I HIGHLY recommend them as I can’t think of a single negative thing about my experience. They showed care and concern for the customer, and that is rare these days.

Our house built in the 1950s had remnants from three previous HVAC systems. Home Energy Group, Inc. deduced the most efficient and cost-effective system for our house easily and put a plan of action in place quickly. Incredible service from the installation team. These guys have done great work over the past few years on our HVAC system and gas fireplace. I especially appreciate their subscription service where they contact me in the spring to do yearly maintenance on my air conditioner and then in the fall for our heater. Highly recommend them!

We are new to the Vancouver, WA area and purchased a home needing remodeling. Home Energy Group, Inc. installed a new Mitsubishi whole house HVAC system. They arrived quickly to quote our project, returned in 4 days with all the required equipment, and completed the job in 3 days. Their professionalism and attention to detail are only surpassed by the respect they showed by protecting surfaces, cleaning up after themselves, installing supply vents and returns in difficult to access but perfectly placed locations.
